This Privacy Policy explains what information our app — FlexMatch on iOS and Flexer: Shift Filter & Alerts on Google Play (together, the “Service”) — collects and how it is used. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details — the email address you register with, and a phone/WhatsApp number if you choose to provide one for support.
• Amazon Flex connection — when you connect your Amazon Flex account, we store the authorisation needed to check for delivery blocks that match your filters and alert you, and related details such as your service areas and region.
• Usage & device data — activity within the app (such as blocks that matched your filters) and a push-notification token so we can send you alerts.

How we use it

• To operate the Service — checking for and alerting you to delivery blocks that match your filters.
• To send you notifications about your account and activity.
• To provide support and to maintain and improve the Service.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store (on iOS) and by Google through Google Play (on Android). We do not receive or store your payment card details; the store confirms the purchase to us so we can activate your subscription.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service (for example, with Amazon to perform the actions you request, and with Apple or Google for subscription processing) or where required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your account and associated data from our systems (some records may be retained where required by law).
